If you see your order number on this list that means we have received your items. Hooray! Your Keepsake(s) are in process!
Turn around time is approximately 4 months after receiving your package to accommodate our jeweler's production time. Depending on the item that you ordered, that turnaround time could be shorter if we have the materials for your piece already on hand. We appreciate your patience. We want to get your order completed as soon as possible, so trust that we are doing our best!
This page will be updated every Friday, so if you know your package was delivered but you don't see your order number yet, give it a week and check again. Your tracking number may say it was delivered, but it sometimes takes time for it to make it into our PO BOX.
If you previously saw your order number on this list and don't see it anymore, that means it's done and about to be shipped! Keep an eye on your email for the tracking number!
