It is commonly asked if you can add a keepsake to your cufflinks, and the answer is yes! Use the 'customize' field below to give me specifics.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of each handmade piece we do not accept refunds at this time. Should you have any complaints/issues with your keepsake please contact me directly.
Should you need to cancel your order, this is possible only for 14 business days after your order is processed.
SHIPPING INFO
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from keepsakesbygrace@gmail.com giving you the details of how to ship your keepsake to me (if applicable). If you do not receive this email within 2-3 business days, please let us know.
Turn around time for custom cufflinks is approximately 2 weeks (unless you decide to add a keepsake-in that case it may be closer to a month.
